The Jira Configuration Engineer will implement and configure Jira Service Management workflows, service catalogs, automation rules, and reporting capabilities to support Alter Domus ITSM operations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Jira Service Management projects, issue types, request types, and workflows. Build and configure the service portal and service request catalog . Implement SLA policies, priority rules, queues, and escalation workflows. Configure approval workflows for service requests and identity access requests. Configure knowledge base integration with Confluence. Develop dashboards and operational reporting for service teams.
