Requisitos
- Bachillerato concluido
- Minimum 3 years of experience as supervisor, manager, or responsible in the embroidery and dotting area
- Knowledge of embroidery and dotting processes for garments
- Management of embroidery machines with 4 to 12 heads
- Immediate availability
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Results orientation and focus on quality
- Excel and office package proficiency
- Design software proficiency
Responsabilidades
- Supervise and direct daily activities in the embroidery and dotting area
- Ensure compliance with quality and production standards
- Motivate and train the work team
- Optimize embroidery processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Resolve technical and production issues promptly
