Java and Python developer - Luxoft (Gatineau)

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain code using Java and Python programming languages.
• Participate in code reviews and advocate for high-quality coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver innovative software solutions.
• Work with global development teams from Europe, Canada, and the United States.
• Design, develop, deploy, and manage scalable and resilient backend services in containerized, cloud‑native environments and on‑premises customer environments.
• Leverage Kubernetes to orchestrate microservices, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 10+ years of Java development experience.
