Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor retail team for high performance
- Develop strategic plans to exceed sales targets
- Manage P&L for retail division
- Analyze market trends for growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for brand consistency
- Develop store expansion and market entry strategies
Qualifications:
- Experience managing P&L and retail financial metrics
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (preferred)
