- Provide expert-level troubleshooting for diagnostic instrumentation, proprietary software, and chemical reagents to ensure distributor operational excellence.
- Lead technical seminars and clinical workshops for laboratory professionals to facilitate workflow optimization and accurate data interpretation.
- Maintain stringent adherence to international healthcare quality standards (e.g., ISO, IVDR) while managing comprehensive technical documentation and performance reports.
