DESCRIPTION
: QVineis looking for a mid-level recruiter to join our team in Herndon supporting the
Intelligence Community. This position will be responsible for hiring a variety
of positions in support of our existing contracts, as well as providing candidates
for upcoming bids/proposals and clearance sponsorship opportunities.As a corporate recruiter for QVine, you will
be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process to include:
working closely with managers to assess staffing needs and ensure requisitions represent
true requirements; sourcing, qualifying and recruiting candidates through
various means including Job Boards, Career Fairs, Networking, Employee
Referrals and Direct Resume Submittals.Scheduling
and facilitating the interviewing process, negotiating offer packages, creating
offer letters and managing new hire paperwork.
