Ideal Rate: $50- $55 (Based on Experience)
Hybrid- 3 days per week
Must haves
- 3+ years of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Strong experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, reporting, data analysis)
- Experience creating and reporting on ITSM KPIs and service metrics
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
