- Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions to meet client requirements.
- Configure and manage Discovery (MID Servers, schedules, credential management, patterns) and ensure reliable CI population.
- Establish and maintain CMDB governance and data quality , including CI class modeling, relationships, lifecycle, and data standards.
- Configure Identification and Reconciliation (IRE) , including identification rules and reconciliation behavior across data sources.
- Should have implemented CMDB Workspace, CMDB Health Dashboards, CI Class Manager, Data Manager , CSDM Awareness and related tools to monitor and improve CMDB quality.
