We are looking for a skilled and motivated
IT Infrastructure & VoIP Administrator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across VoIP systems, cloud platforms, server administration, security, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities

VoIP & Communication Systems

• Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems (IP phones, SIP, IVR, ring groups)
• Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues
• Administer VoIP servers and user accounts

Cloud & Virtual Infrastructure

• Deploy and manage servers on Azure, Kamatera, and DigitalOcean
• Manage production and staging environments (Windows/Linux), WHMCS, and VoIP systems
• Configure RAID, virtual environments, and VM migrations using VMware ESXi and Hyper-V

Server & Network Administration
