Description
 : We are looking for an experienced IT Vendor Manager to join our Global IT team. In this role, you will manage strategic IT vendors, ensure strong governance, and act as the key interface between IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to drive performance, compliance, and value from our supplier ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities: 
Manage the full lifecycle of strategic IT contracts, including amendments, extensions, and governance
Lead contract changes and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with IT, Procurement, and Legal
Act as the central coordination point for all vendor-related topics across IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance
Support stakeholders in translating business needs into contractual and commercial terms
Facilitate governance forums and drive cross-functional decision-making
Monitor vendor performance through KPIs and SLAs, and lead improvement initiatives
