Responsibilities:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users, ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of desktop environments, telephony, network services, and peripheral systems. You'll be part of a global IT team dedicated to maintaining high service standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting the growing technological needs of the company.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and common applications, including both on-site and remote assistance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, networking, and telephony.
