A Snapshot of Your Day

The IT/OT Support Technician delivers first- and second-line technical support to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other IT/OT equipment. This role resolves hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The technician works closely with the Global IT/OT Support Lead and other global IT/OT teams to deliver high‑quality support services in line with global standards.
