Main Purpose of the Job

The IT Telco Specialist is responsible for managing, supporting and optimizing the organization’s telecommunications infrastructure, including mobile device plans, data sims (for Banca Distributors), landline and internet services. This role ensures reliable, secure, and cost-effective telco operations by coordinating with vendors, troubleshooting issues in coordination with the Telco Partners, and implementing new solutions to meet business needs.

Key Accountabilities

• Telecommunications Support: Manage and support all telco services, including mobile device plans, internet, and data sims connectivity, ensuring high availability and performance.
