Job Description
Become an IT Technician at Windfall Project facilities located in Nord-du-Québec. Provide hands-on technical support while enjoying a balanced work schedule of 15 days on, followed by 13 days off.
This position entails serving as a technical advisor across all Windfall facilities under the supervision of the IT manager. A college diploma in computer science and five years of IT experience are required. Key skills include managing Microsoft applications and understanding network infrastructure, ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver IT services for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure
• Oversee connectivity issues within WAN and LAN systems
• Respond to monitoring alerts through the ticketing system
• Communicate progress updates to customers
• Foster a collaborative team atmosphere
