IT Systems Engineer (Azure) – Level 3

Summary

We are seeking a Senior IT Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team in Albany, NY. This role is ideal for a seasoned infrastructure engineer with 7–10 years of enterprise systems experience and deep expertise in Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will serve as a senior technical resource responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing enterprise infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. While the role includes traditional infrastructure responsibilities such as virtualization, Windows Server administration, backup, and Citrix, Azure is the primary focus.
This individual will help drive cloud initiatives, modernize infrastructure, and collaborate with Architecture, Security, and IT teams to build highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise solutions.
