As part of our team, you will take on the following responsibilities:

You take ownership of analyzing and evaluating functional, technical, and business requirements with the objective of implementing and integrating Identity & Access Management and ITSM solutions.

You communicate professionally and in a customer-focused manner with users, and create training materials and videos.

By designing solution scenarios, evaluating alternative approaches, and preparing decision documents, you contribute to optimization and quality assurance.
