Job Description
IT System AdministratorWe are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator to join our Medical Management Solutions Business. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing, implementing, and supporting system interfaces that integrate seamlessly with our solutions. Your responsibilities include conducting technical discussions with customers, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the successful installation and ongoing maintenance of interface software.
Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and support system interfaces to/from BD.
Conduct discussions of BD solutions’ technical requirements with the customer.
Support sales in solution discussions to define technical scope.
Run installation and support of interface software (deploy VM, install MSI’s and/or turnkey solutions) for interfacing products to meet established project delivery timelines.
