Job Description
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician
- Good understanding of computer system mobile devices, mobile applications and other tech products
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge in network system security
- Liaise with vendors on new IT purchase and implementation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
