The role – IT Support Technician.

On a day to day basis the individual will be primarily involved in the provision of 1st and 2nd line support to my clients customer base.

Key Requirements At least 2 years’ experience within a service/help desk or similar environment providing 1st and 2nd line support. Hands on support experience of Microsoft Server 2012/16 and Windows 7/10. Maintenance and administration of VOIP technologies. Office 365 administration. Backup and replication software skills.
