A Construction company in NW Portland is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician for a 4 month contract opportunity!
Job Duties:
+ Provide support to staff on all company-supported applications and devices
+ Software and hardware support for end user devices.
+ Identification and remediation of end user technical issues or escalation as needed.
+ Perform basic network troubleshooting.
+ Providing directions to technical resources.
+ Act as a liaison between Enterprise Technical Services and the end user.
+ Provision new devices for end users.
+ Troubleshoot device problems, determine source, and advise on appropriate action
+ Complete Information Technology project work
+ Install, configure, and maintain company devices and related hardware and software
+ Maintain knowledge of computer and/or network security systems, applications, procedures, and techniques
