IT Support Technician
Are you passionate about helping users and solving technical issues? We're looking for an IT Support Technician with at least 1 year of experience to join a dynamic team, providing first-line support in an international and technology-driven environment.
What will you do?
As part of the IT Support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to end users, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution of IT incidents.
Your main responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing tools.
- Log, manage and follow up on incidents using ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, iOS and Android devices.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
