Overview
As part of the TEKEVER team, you will ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure by delivering reliable technical support and maintaining robust, scalable systems. You will support colleagues across all locations to work efficiently while proactively identifying and resolving challenges that keep our business moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Provide local and/or remote user support.
- Assist in the installation of hardware and software systems.
- Provide IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding experience.
- Analyse and acquire IT equipment.
- Support in troubleshooting technical issues and network problems.
- Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation.
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment.
- Administer and maintain the company’s and branches’ infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems.
