IT Support Specialist: On-site & Remote Helpdesk

Ubiquity Global Services, Inc. is seeking IT Support Associates to provide user-facing support both in person and remotely. Responsibilities include responding to support tickets, troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and assisting engineering teams on-site.

The ideal candidates will have 0 to 4 years of experience in IT Support roles, a degree in Computer Science or Systems Engineering, and strong communication skills in English. This role involves lifting heavy equipment and a focus on detail.
