We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist with experience in Microsoft environments to provide Level 1 / Level 2 support to end users and help maintain smooth day-to-day IT operations across the business.
This is an international role combining remote work with occasional on-site support in the London office.
Candidates can be based anywhere in Spain, provided they are available to travel to London approximately once per week during the initial phase of the project (frequency may become more flexible afterwards).
Main Resposibilities:
Provide Level 1 / Level 2 IT support to end users
Support and administration of Microsoft 365 environments
Manage and troubleshoot:
Microsoft 365
Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint
Support Windows laptops and corporate mobile devices
User onboarding and offboarding
Device configuration and user administration
