IT Support Specialist - Fast Troubleshooting & User Support

Philomuse is seeking an IT Support Technician for onsite inspections and troubleshooting of IT equipment. The candidate will provide technical support for Windows PCs and maintain company software and tools.

This role involves diagnosing hardware/software issues, maintaining accurate IT asset records, and preparing operation reports. The technician will also be required to travel within Kuala Lumpur to assist with various IT tasks.
