Job Description
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and operational assistance to company users located around the world.
This role involves managing onboarding and offboarding processes, user access, Microsoft 365 administration, Zoho platform support, VoIP configuration, and general troubleshooting.
The position requires strong English communication skills, excellent customer service, and a proactive attitude toward continuously improving IT processes.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES:
- Provide day-to-day user support for hardware, software, and networking issues through Freshdesk tickets, email, and video calls.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access configuration, and equipment setup.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (user management, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, and SharePoint).
