The Blockchain & Climate Institute (BCI) is an international volunteers-led think tank supporting and advocating the application of blockchain technology in the global fight against climate change.
Responsibilities
- Provide frontline IT support for BCI Volunteers regarding software, hardware, and computer systems
- Participate in troubleshooting and incident resolution activities
- Perform regular maintenance checks and user account management
- Create simple solutions utilizing Office 365 or G‑Suite
- Maintain high-quality documentation and a team support knowledge base
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and manage password issues
- Identify support requests that may require project-level technical specifications
