IT Support Officer

IT Support Associate responsibilities include providing user‑facing support both in person and remotely based on tickets logged in the organization’s ticketing system, and supporting engineering teams with setting up and troubleshooting systems on the ground. You will provide technical support for all employees on software and hardware issues reported through the IT ticketing system and other support channels, set up new equipment, and support engineering teams in setting up/maintaining equipment on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic and routine IT support tasks.
