IT Support
Salary range: up to RM 6,000 (Basic)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Alternate Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Without Lunch can be 1pm)
Job Scope
IT Support & Maintenance
- Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and office IT equipment.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
Power BI Reporting
- Update and maintain existing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Assist in data preparation and validation for reporting needs.
- Troubleshoot basic Power BI issues such as data refresh and formatting errors.
- Maintain and enhance AutoCount plugins and related systems.
