Job Description
Salary: £24,000 - 28,000 per year
Requirements
- Experience with Windows OS & Windows Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Exchange
- Familiarity with Azure AD
- Understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
- Experience with Routers, Firewalls, and Policy Management
- Bonus skills in SharePoint, Backup & storage solutions, and Citrix
- Right to Work long-term in the UK without Company Sponsorship
- Driving license preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide IT support for a range of local businesses
- Address 1st and 2nd line issues
- Conduct onsite installation work
- Split time between office and client visits for installations and infrastructure projects
- Communicate effectively with clients
