IT Support Engineer (Network, CCNA certification)

Description

• Perm, West (Attractive Bonus, AWS and Benefits)
• Must have Level 2 IT support regional experience in MNCs or large SMEs, supporting at least 200+ users
• Holds a Cisco CCNA certification and is strong in network and server support.
• Strong communicator to converse with regional stakeholders.

To provide technical support to IT Administrators and users at the sites, providing expertise for server and client infrastructure, software, security, telecoms and the network.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Administrators and contractors to provide technical expertise across PCs, laptops, servers, Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, security, and networks. Ensure high levels of user service and satisfaction.
