IT Support Engineer: FortiGate, VPN & MS 365

AL ETIHAD GOLD is seeking an IT infrastructure support professional in Dubai to provide L1/L2 support across hardware, software, networking, and security. The role includes FortiGate and VPN management, Windows Server administration, and Microsoft 365&E5 support.

You will deploy endpoint security, manage NAS storage, CCTV systems, and VoIP/PBX setups while ensuring high availability and adherence to ITIL practices. 2–4 years’ experience preferred.
