IT Support Engineer — End-User & Hardware Specialist

Copeland is hiring an IT Support Engineer in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. You will provide technical support for software, hardware, and IT systems, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and security of equipment and services.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware, printers, and peripherals and assisting end users with software and system issues. Three years of experience and strong English skills are expected.
