IT Support Engineer – Bloomberg Terminal & Remote

AIQU in Abu Dhabi seeks an IT/Desktop Support specialist with 1–2 years of experience, including Bloomberg experience, for a yearly extendable outsourcing contract. The role covers on-site and remote support and requires handling incidents promptly.

You will configure devices, troubleshoot Windows, Office apps, and Bloomberg Terminal software, log issues in ITSM tools like ServiceNow, and ensure SLA targets are met.
