The IT Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance to users, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and network services. The role supports daily business operations by troubleshooting issues, maintaining systems, and promoting IT best practices.

• To provide technical support and maintenance for the organization’s IT systems, ensuring smooth daily operations, minimal downtime, and effective resolution of user issues.
• To ensure the availability, stability, and performance of IT systems by providing prompt support, resolving incidents, and maintaining hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• To support organizational IT operations by delivering secure, compliant, and efficient technical support, ensuring systems are protected, updated, and aligned with IT policies.
