Join HearingLife as an IT Support Associate to provide vital front-line technical assistance. Deliver hardware, software, and network support to users both on-site and remotely across Canada.
In this role, you will report to the IT Manager and assist with IT operations and user requests. Your responsibilities include addressing Level 1 and some Level 2 technical issues while ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. You'll also contribute to onboarding and offboarding, directly impacting user experience with your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for IT-related inquiries
• Provide Level 1 support for hardware and software issues
• Log and prioritize IT support tickets efficiently
• Deliver support via ticketing systems, phone, and onsite
• Configure and maintain end-user devices and applications
