Job Summary
As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT issues, providing responsive, day-to-day technical support to colleagues across the business. You'll troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues, manage user accounts, and help ensure IT services run smoothly and efficiently.
You'll take ownership of support requests from start to finish — logging tickets accurately, capturing the right level of detail, keeping users informed, and resolving issues in line with agreed service levels. Where needed, you'll escalate issues with clear diagnostic information to ensure swift resolution.
Working closely with the IT Support Team Leader and wider IT team, you'll support end users across multiple systems and technologies, providing clear advice and practical solutions. You'll play an active role in maintaining and improving our IT services, identifying recurring issues and opportunities to enhance performance.
