IT Supervisor

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist the IT Manager in the operation of all computer hardware and / or software installation and maintenance.
• Serve as secondary contact for all servicing of computer PC hardware and / or software.
• Manage technology/asset life-cycle. Ensures that necessary equipment (PCs, servers, telecom-related etc.) is ordered and available.
• Accountable for disaster recovery and business continuity as it relates to technology.
• Foresees, identifies and resolves system(s) performance problems.
• Ensures technology assets are secure and well-maintained in accordance with Rixos policies and standards.
• Data Communication.
• Installs monitors, maintains telecommunications equipment including cabling and providing technical guidance as needed.
• Performs add/move/change/delete operations.
• Supports end-use company provided mobile phone issues.
