We are looking for a **IT Specialist** who will work within Agorai Innovation Hub SpA to become the go-to internal IT person.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
* Manage the environment, coordinate with the supplier, and ensure continuity and control
* Safeguard critical environment levers: super-admin credentials for Google Workspace and identity; backup keys and recovery authority; the boundary between workplace IT and cloud/DevOps; configuration documentation
* Manage the supplier (MSP) and SLAs
* Identity and Google Workspace. You manage the Workspace tenant and identity management: user onboarding/offboarding, MFA, SSO, groups and permissions, support for Gmail/Drive/Meet (in coordination with Google's partner support)
