We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and maintain IT infrastructure while providing technical assistance to end-users across the organization.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a strong foundation in hardware, software, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company systems and data
