- Supports hardware installation and configuration and ongoing maintenance of the computer and MDF.
- May monitor and troubleshoot equipment and assist with logging and documentation.
- Responsibilities may also include cabling, racking and server installations.
- Coordinates, diagnoses, troubleshoots and supports incident employee issues with personal computers, mobile devices, printers and related systems.
- Provides support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access.
- Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to appropriate technical personnel.
