THE ROLE:
Robert Half is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist who thrives in both field and office environments. In this operational role, you’ll be the primary technical contact for multiple northern sites, supporting end users, infrastructure, and IT projects that keep field operations running efficiently and securely.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver in-person and remote technical support for desktops, mobile devices, and end usersConfigure laptops, handheld devices, and related equipment—including onboarding and offboarding tasksManage user accounts and devices across Active Directory, Azure/Entra, Intune, and Office 365Resolve network, VPN, and general infrastructure issuesPartner with internal teams and external vendors to support site upgrades and IT initiativesTake on a variety of IT tasks and contribute to ongoing operational and project-based workWHY THIS ROLE:
