IT Specialist (Site Services) ??Bodmin, UK ?? Full-time On-site What you'll be doing Deliver on-site 2nd line IT support across multiple business areas Act as a key contact for technical issues and incident resolution Support production, engineering and office teams Manage tickets (incidents, requests, change & problem records) Drive service improvements and proactive maintenance Support projects and business change initiatives Monitor system performance and recommend improvements Manage upgrades, patches and system maintenance Liaise with third-party vendors and suppliers Keep systems, documentation and CMDB up to date Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and SLAs Your tech exposure Factory & production environments Mobile devices and end-user support Printing & AV equipment Network cabling & VoIP telephony Broadband solutions (including remote sites) What you'll bring 3+ years' experience in a 2nd line / site-based IT role Strong hands-on technical support experience Experience su...
