IT Site Support Specialist II — End-User & Server Tech

Advanced Energy Management Limited is seeking an IT Support professional to provide end-user hardware, software, network and server assistance at the Mexicali site. You will resolve incidents, assist with installations, and coordinate with vendors to maintain AE Infra resources.

Responsibilities include logging and tracking tickets, performing LAN/WAN configurations, and aiding with training for new hires while maintaining security and best practices.
