Role purpose / summary
The IT Service Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting global network functions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to end users across the organisation. This position is focused on managing operational (Run) and project-related costs for network services, while assisting in the development of financial plans for an evolving, globally integrated service landscape.
