Overview
St1 is an energy transition company operating in Finland, Sweden, Norway, and the UK, managing a diverse portfolio including oil, biogas, SAF, HVO, and solar energy. The company has 1150 retail stations and over 1000 employees. The current IT management involves fragmented tools and processes. The IT Service Management Lead will oversee the strategy, design, and rollout of a unified ITSM platform across the Nordic region, focusing on cultural and operational change rather than just technology.
Responsibilities
