Job Description

  • Configure, prepare and deploy to end users 60–80 workstation devices for end-user use

  • Perform standard system builds and basic configurations

  • Execute user data transfers from legacy devices to new systems (moderate time requirement, low complexity)

  • Onsite Installation

  • Deliver and install configured solutions and applications to user workstations

  • Validate full functionality of hardware, software, and connectivity

  • Provide basic end-user orientation if needed

  • Printer installation and driver install

  • Cable Management

  • Organize workstation cabling to ensure a clean, safe, and professional setup

  • Label and route cables appropriately

  • Maintain workspace standards across all installations

  • End-User Support (Tier 1)
