In this position within Enterprise Information Technology, you will leverage your technical expertise to create and manage service accounts, install and configure various devices, and collaborate with vendors for timely product deliveries. Your contributions will ensure end users can complete their tasks smoothly and that technical operations run effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve escalated end-user help requests within SLAs
• Install and maintain desktop, laptop PCs, and other equipment
• Collaborate with vendors for product delivery and installation
