Job Description

Ascent People Ltd is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our UK team in Warrington. This 1st Line role supports all areas of the business, logging calls, providing solutions, and escalating where needed. You will work in a retail environment advantage, maintain backups, procure and install IT equipment, and participate in global IT projects as needed. Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential to succeed and grow into 2nd line responsibilities over time.
