Job Description
- Responsible for managing multi-cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Ali cloud/GCP) data centres and bottling plants (Chinese mainland, HK&TW, SEA Southeast Asia Market) Microsoft day-to-day operation management of Microsoft-related application systems, including AD/O365, DHCP, DNS/ADFS, AAD and self-visa certificates, supporting the launch of application system projects and handling IT issues
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Assist the Senior IT Service Management Manager in implementing innovations and system improvements using new IT technologies. For example, the introduction of cloud platform Paas and SaaS services, new DevOps technologies, and the promotion of technological innovation such as automated operation and maintenance and AIOps to better meet the company's growing business needs and digital transformation needs.
